About Lorenzo
After nearly eight years in recruitment, including at Developers.nl, Coolblue and KLM, I know how the application process works. And I’ve seen how often people drop out or stumble, not because they’re not qualified, but because they struggle to present themselves well.
That just doesn’t feel fair. Your skills should take the lead, not how well you handle an interview. You can’t control the hiring process, but you can get better at navigating it. And that’s where we come in.
I’m not a guru who tells you what you should do, but I am someone who listens, thinks along with you, and gives you a nudge when you need it. Kind of like a personal trainer, but for job applications.
People describe me as honest, engaged, social, and someone who keeps a cool head when things get messy. And when I’m not coaching? You’ll probably find me at the gym, deep into a game of FIFA, or playing a fierce round of chess against friends trying to beat me.
With years of experience as a coaching manager and a period working in HR, I know better than anyone what it is like to sit on both sides of the table as part of the organization and as a candidate. I understand how nerve-wracking an interview can be and how important it is to feel at ease in such a conversation.
By asking the right questions, I quickly get a sense of what someone needs. I will not tell you exactly what to do, but I will give you clear direction with empathy and a healthy dose of humor.
And when I am not working? You will find me walking in nature or completely absorbed in a Disney movie with my cat on my lap.
About Maureen
Collaboration with Trees for All en Geld & Gezin
We are aware of our social impact and want to contribute in a meaningful way. Based on a rough estimate, our yearly CO2 emissions are around 50kg, which we will compensate by planting five trees, as each tree absorbs about 10kg of CO2 per year. On top of that, we plant an additional tree for every ten clients we work with.
Beyond our goal to take responsibility and offset emissions, we are also committed to sustainability in the labor market. Geld & Gezin is a foundation that supports people facing financial difficulties. Financial challenges often lead to difficulties in other areas as well, such as access to the labor market. That is why we feel called to contribute by providing guest lectures on a voluntary basis.
