I’m not a guru who tells you what you should do — but I am someone who listens, thinks with you, and gives you a nudge when you need it. Kind of like a personal trainer, but for job applications.

With years of experience as a coaching manager and a background in HR, I know exactly what it’s like to sit on both sides of the table — as part of the hiring team and as a candidate.
I understand how nerve-wracking an interview can be, and how important it is to feel at ease during that conversation.
By asking the right questions, I often quickly get a sense of what someone needs. I won’t tell you what to do — but I’ll give you clear direction, with empathy and a healthy dose of humor.
And when I’m not working? You’ll find me walking in nature or fully absorbed in a Disney movie with my cat curled up on my lap.
