Nexie biedt persoonlijke begeleiding bij het hele sollicitatieproces. Van een snelle cv-check tot een compleet coachingtraject. Je kunt bij ons terecht voor:

  • Cv-scan & motivatiebrief: we kijken naar de opmaak en inhoud zodat jij opvalt bij je sollicitatie

  • Sollicitatietraining; voorbereiding op gesprekken en gerichte ondersteuning

  • Mini-trajecten: 2 sessies rondom een specifieke uitdaging

  • Volledige coachingtrajecten: 4 sessies met specifieke aandacht voor meerdere onderwerpen.

Alles is afgestemd op jou. We hebben een basis ontwikkeld waarmee we verwachten iederen goed te kunnen helpen. We zijn ons er ook van bewust dat niet iedereen hetzelfde is en dat er veel nuance en maatwerk nodig is, maar daar is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor in onze sessies. Dit doen we in het Nederlands, maar ook in het Engels. Yes, really.

What exactly does Nexie?

Super simple: through our Calendly page, you can pick a time that works for you. Payment (via iDEAL or credit card) goes through Stripe and is arranged instantly. You’ll then receive a confirmation and link to your session.

How do I book a session?

Do you already work with schools?

Not yet, to be completely honest. But this is an important next step for us. We want to expand our impact by working with schools and companies, so we’re very open to collaborations and are actively working on it. Interested or have suggestions? Reach out to us!

No worries! That happens a lot. You can schedule a free orientation call via Calendly. Together, we’ll figure out what fits best and whether Nexie is the right place for you. Or get in touch with us directly for more clarity.

Our trainings are designed for anyone who feels stuck, uncertain, or simply wants to improve their application skills. You’re in the right place if you are:

  • Preparing 100% for your dream job;

  • Ready to take the step into leadership;

We work with transparent pricing, so no hidden fees and no expensive subscriptions. The CV-scan is always free. Single coaching session costs €85. A Mini-program (2 sessions) cost €150 and Full program (4 sessions) cost €295. Not the right fit? Take a look at our extra options.

What do the trainings cost?

For a single coaching session, if you’re not satisfied after purchase, you can get 50% of your payment refunded. For mini-programs or full programs, you can receive 50% of the costs above €85. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours in advance, unfortunately we can’t refund you, as it’s often impossible to fill the spot on short notice.

We offer coaching in both Dutch and English, whatever works best for you. This is especially useful if you’re applying to an international organization or applying as an expat.
